FIF has in its fold seasoned and diverse professionals including policy makers, academic, students and beneficiary groups. The coordinates of FIF’s activities is being stirred by appropriate qualified experts, experienced and internationally distinguished in farm and infrastructure development works.
The management team of FIF comprises the president, the Executive Secretary and the Program Manager. In addition, there are program/project or desk officers who undertake the implementation of project activities.
Membership of FIF is open and voluntary to people at home and abroad with sustained and ability to contribute to poverty alleviation and livelihood improvement

FIF is manifest to facilitate improved performance of farm enterprises and an upgrade in the use infrastructures based on mobilization and empowerment of the farming populace and other rural poor to initiate, formulate and execute viable sustainable policies, programs and projects.
