At the moment about 200 indicators emerged to be distributed by functional categories premised on the content and spirit of the ECOWAS Agriculture Policy (ECOWAP). FIF anchored the working papers presented at the meeting as consultants.
Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (21-26 March 2010): The ECOWAS project on Agricultural Information System (AGRIS) received a boost. The latest meeting has produced the final templates for identifying and collecting the required sets of data for constructing the indicators of monitoring and evaluating agricultural performance of the region; these are Agricultural Performance Indicator Menu Table, and Agricultural Performance Indicator Data Table.
